• Vouchers can be redeemed against eligible ConnieFlower workshops and online shop purchases. 
• Vouchers can only be redeemed for workshops that are bookable directly through my website.
• Workshops have limited spaces and popular dates may sell out, so I recommend booking well in advance where possible.
• If you're unable to find a suitable workshop before your voucher expires, please contact me before the expiry date. While an extension cannot be guaranteed, I'll always do my best to help where possible.
• Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• If the full voucher value isn't used in one purchase, the remaining balance can be used towards another eligible purchase before the expiry date.
• Vouchers cannot be redeemed after their expiry date.
